Palmyra is produced from the leaf stalk of the Palmyra Palm.  It has a coarse, stiff texture and is dark brown in color.  Palmyra is most commonly used for scrub brushes and deck brushes.  However, we have found that this fill is exceptional for cleaning grill and oven surfaces without scratching them.

Palmyra offers some resistance to heat but will burn over 400° F.  If your oven temperature is higher, try Horse Hair or Brass.
